Rewards

Validators earn rewards by participating in Overlap tasks. Rewards are distributed to validators who align with the consensus on each task, ensuring that accurate participation is consistently incentivized.

Claiming Process​

Follow these steps to claim your rewards:

  1. Visit the Validators Page – Go to overlap.fi/validators.
  2. Open the Menu – Expand the burger icon and select Claim Rewards.
  3. Confirm the Request – Submit the transaction to process your claim.
  4. Receive Rewards – Rewards are immediately credited to your validator balance on Arbitrum.
Reward Distribution
  • Rewards are shared equally among validators who voted with the majority.
    Validators who deviate from consensus or fail to participate receive no rewards for that task.
  • Once a task is finalized, the associated rewards become claimable.
    Each validator's commission rate determines how rewards are divided between them and their voters.
  • Rewards are distributed entirely on Arbitrum and credited to the validator's on-chain address.
    Claiming is instantaneous and can be performed at any time.
